Last week i withdraw $500 from moneybooker. After minus the processing fees it is about $497++.

When I received the funds this week in my bank, I only recevied $462.

Where did my $35 go?

I have check with the bank and they did not deduct any fees from the fund.

I tried contacting moneybooker but they did not reply yet.

Anyone have this issue before? Please help!

I got reply email from MB that the $35 is the fee charged by the receiving bank side(bs!).
And they only allow me for 1 free reimbursement per month.

Service level going down. Mad

How come the fee some times have some times don't have 1? So inconsistent. Somemore they did not mention at the payment page. What a hidden charge.

What do you mean by free reimursement per month? Free withdrawal?

I have contacted them no reply yet Frown

This $35 deduction started some months ago. I complained and they agreed to reimburse me if I show them the amt I got is less.

Now this mth, they patterned again. Told me that I am entitled to 1 free reimburse. Seriously wtf.

Thanks for sharing bro. It doesn't make sense that some times they deduct some times they don't. Dunno what are they up to.

I have emailed them but still not yet reply... sigh Confused

Depends on what rank of vip you are in skrills, then they will reply accordingly.
No worries.
Just explore what other ways can transfer winnings out.
